We provide two shipping options for customers.
Express Shipping
This is our‑fastest delivery option. Goods will be shipped directly to your country by air. Once dispatched, your parcel is expected to arrive at your shipping address within 1‑3 weeks. Import taxes may apply.
Sea Shipping
Sea shipping is a cost‑effective solution for large‑size items and is shipped duty‑free. Your goods will arrive at your destination country within 1‑3 months after departure, though longer transit times should be expected.
Please note: Economy sea shipping is unavailable for some countries. Tracking updates will not be available during transit. Tracking information can only be refreshed once customs clearance is finished at the destination and the local courier collects your parcel. You may contact our customer service to check the vessel sailing status and estimated arrival time.
Order Dispatch
For both pre‑order and in‑stock orders, we will send you an email to double‑check your shipping address before shipment. Dispatch will proceed after your address confirmation. If you have paid the shipping fee but have not yet received your tracking number, please kindly wait patiently.
